Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $35 (calculated after discounts and before taxes).

How long will it take for my order to arrive within the U.S.?

Total delivery time is a combination of our processing time plus the USPS transit time.

  • Processing (The time we need to pack your order): Standard orders typically ship within 2–5 business days. During new releases or major sales, this can take up to two weeks (although it is super rate to get this busy!). You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your label is printed!
  • Transit (The time it spends in the mail): Once USPS has your package, it usually takes 2–7 business days to arrive depending on your distance from our studio.

Important Tracking Reminders:

  • Syncing Time: It can take 1–2 business days for your tracking number to show movement once it has been scanned by the carrier.
  • Estimates vs. Guarantees: The "Estimated Delivery Date" shown on the USPS website is an estimate, it tends to be accurate, but it is not a guarantee.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Not through our website yet, but we are working on it! Currently, this shop only ships within the U.S. and its territories.

However, we do offer international shipping via our Etsy shop. It's a very recent store, so we are still working on adding all our listings there. If you are located outside the U.S., please visit us there to place your order (PlannerLoomShop). Please note that we do not ship to EEA member states at this time, even via Etsy.

What should I know about international orders?

  • Delivery Time: International orders typically take 10 days to 6 weeks. Tracking often pauses while clearing customs; this is normal.
  • Fees & Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees.

How will I know when this website starts shipping to my country? The best way to stay informed is to sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media. We are currently researching the best logistics and customs partners to ensure that when we do expand our direct shipping, your items arrive safely and affordably. We will make a major announcement as soon as new shipping zones are activated!

I entered the wrong shipping address! What do I do?

Email hello@plannerloom.com immediately with the subject line "URGENT: Order [Number]". While we will do our best to update it, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has progressed into our system.

Planner Loom is not responsible for additional shipping charges for packages that are returned to us due to incorrect names or addresses provided at checkout. Additionally, we are not responsible if a forwarding address is not honored by the carrier and the package is returned to our studio instead.

If your package is returned to us:

  • Reshipment: We are happy to send it back out to you! However, the customer is responsible for the cost of the new shipping label. We will email you a link to purchase a Reshipment Fee.
  • Refund Option: If you prefer not to pay for reshipment, we will treat the order as a return and issue a refund for the product cost only. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Can you combine my orders to save on shipping?

To keep our fulfillment speed as fast as possible, we cannot combine multiple orders or refund shipping costs once an order is placed. Please ensure your cart is complete before checking out.

Do you offer local pickup?

No. At this time, we do not offer local pickup. All orders are shipped via USPS to ensure tracking and delivery security.

My package seems to be stuck or has not arrived. What should I do?

We know it's frustrating when tracking doesn't move! However, USPS requires 15 business days from the date of shipment before a claim can be filed for a lost package. To remain compliant with carrier rules, we will not re-ship or refund any orders until this 15-day window has passed.

My package is marked "Delivered" but I don't have it. What should I do?

Planner Loom is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery. We recommend checking with neighbors and contacting your local USPS branch to file a claim.

Can I combine different coupon codes in one transaction?

No. Our website only allows for one coupon code per transaction. But you can combine coupon codes with gift cards!

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, your happiness is our priority - if you’re dissatisfied, please reach out so we can look into a case-by-case resolution.

Can I cancel my order?

Because we move as quick as we can into fulfillment, we do not accept cancellations. Please double-check your selection and address before finalizing your purchase.

My stickers arrived damaged or I got the wrong item. What now?

We are so sorry! Please follow these steps within 5 days of delivery:

  1. Email hello@plannerloom.com with your order number.
  2. Attach clear photos of the damaged items and the packaging.
  3. Let us know if you prefer a full refund or a replacement.

The "Keep It" Policy: If we made a mistake or your items were damaged, there is no need to mail them back. Keep them and use what you can while we work on getting your replacement or refund sorted!

Do you offer custom sticker sheets or personalized designs?

Not yet! We are working hard behind the scenes to make customization options a reality at Planner Loom.

In the meantime, we are very open to suggestions! If there is a specific theme, a new product type, or a functional layout you’d love to see in the shop, please email us at hello@plannerloom.com. Your feedback directly influences our future collections.

Note: Please do not leave custom change requests in the order details, we will not be able to make them.

The colors look slightly different than they did on my screen. Is this normal?

We strive for accuracy, but please note that colors vary across different monitor settings and the printing process. Minor variations in saturation, hues, or cut alignment are part of the unique nature of our products.

Can I use your designs for my own small business?

Our products and digital files are for personal use only. Reproducing, "reverse engineering," or scanning our designs for resale or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Can I resell Planner Loom stickers in my own shop?

By default, all Planner Loom products are licensed for personal use only. Reselling, distributing, or reproducing our designs without a formal agreement is strictly prohibited under our Terms of Service.

  • Prior Agreement Required: You must obtain express written permission from Planner Loom before listing our products for resale.

Orders that appear to be placed by unauthorized dealers or distributors without a prior agreement may be limited or cancelled at our discretion.
