Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, your happiness is important to us! If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please reach out to hello@plannerloom.com. We treat these situations on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to find a resolution.
Cancellations & Changes
Planner Loom does not accept order cancellations. Please double-check your cart and shipping address before completing your purchase.
If you notice an error in your order (such as an incorrect address or the wrong sticker sheet selection), please contact us immediately at hello@plannerloom.com. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, they are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on how far your order has progressed in our system. Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Every order is tracked to ensure safe delivery. If there is an issue with what you received, please follow these steps:
- Report the issue: Contact us at hello@plannerloom.com within 5 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information.
- Provide Photo Proof: Please include clear photos of the damaged items and the packaging they arrived in.
- Choose Your Resolution: We will offer you a full refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer.
Color Disclaimer: We strive to display our products as accurately as possible; however, please note that colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and the printing process.
The Planner Loom "Keep It" Policy: If we sent the wrong item or if your stickers arrived damaged, you are welcome to keep them! There is no need to mail anything back to us. We want you to enjoy what you can while we work to make it right.
Combined Shipping
To maintain our shipping speed and accuracy, we do not accept order combination requests. We cannot combine multiple orders or refund shipping costs if you place more than one order. Please ensure your order is complete before submitting.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Planner Loom is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend reaching out to your local post office to file a claim.
Custom & Digital Items
- Custom Items: Refunds will not be processed for any custom-made or personalized sticker orders.
- Digital Items: All digital downloads and "printable" products are non-refundable and non-returnable once the file has been delivered.
