Shipping Policy
We strive to get your stickers into your hands as quickly and accurately as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
Processing Times
- Standard Orders: Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed and packed before it is handed over to the carrier.
- Sales & New Releases: During high-volume periods, processing times may extend by up to two weeks.
Shipping Methods & Rates
- Carrier: We ship exclusively via USPS.
- Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number. You will receive an automated email with your tracking information as soon as your label is printed.
- Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery destination.
- Free Shipping: We are happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $35 (after discounts and before taxes).
Address Accuracy & Changes
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
- Address Changes: If you notice an error, email hello@plannerloom.com ASAP with your order number and the correct address.
- No Guarantees: While we will do our best to catch it, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to adjust your address before your order is processed.
- Important: Updating your default address in your account settings will not update an order that has already been placed.
- Forwarding: Planner Loom is not responsible for packages if a forwarding address is not honored by USPS and the package is returned to us.
- Combined Shipping: To maintain our shipping speed and accuracy, we do not accept order combination requests. We cannot combine multiple orders or refund shipping costs if you place more than one order.
Reshipments & "Return to Sender"
If a package is returned to us by USPS due to an incorrect address, an un-honored forwarding request, or being "unclaimed," we are happy to send it back out to you.
- Reshipment Fee: Because the original postage was already used to attempt delivery, the customer is responsible for the cost of the new shipping label. We will email you a link to purchase a Reshipment Fee.
- Refusal to Reship: If you prefer not to pay for reshipment, we will treat the order as a return and issue a refund for the product cost only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Tracking & Delivery Expectations
- Syncing Time: Tracking numbers usually take 1-2 business days to fully sync and show movement online.
- Estimates vs. Guarantees: The "Estimated Delivery Date" provided by USPS is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Please be patient, as tracking updates can occasionally be slow.
- Missing Packages: Please wait 15 business days from the date of shipment before contacting us about a missing package, as required by USPS.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Planner Loom is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend reaching out to your local post office to file a claim.
Arrival Issues & Damage: If your order arrives damaged due to transit, please keep all packaging and contact us at hello@plannerloom.com within 5 days. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy for details on our "Keep It" resolution process.
